Blue Screen Of Death!!!!

Have you ever been using your computer and all of a sudden a blue screen will appear with white writing?

This screen is often refered to as the blue screen of death (BSOD).

A lot of people think that this means that there is something wrong with the computers hardware, but this is often not the case.

A lot of the time the "BSOD" will appear because some new software has not been installed correctly. This can be fixed by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the software (you could also try a system restore).

Windows and most applications on windows pc have a built in help program, all you need to do to access this program is simply press:
F1
this is usually located on the top left corner of the keyboard.

Once this key has been pressed the help program will load.

You may be surprised what you can find in this program.

Phone scam

I know i am late on this but there are still lots of people being scamed for this.

A fake company will ring claiming there is a virus on you computer and if you turn it on they can help fix it.

Do not do this just put the phone down and perform a virus scan, this company will try and charge you money for a virus they installed.

If in doubt message me. In my line of work i have seen too many people scammed by this paying upto £300.
